What are your circumstances?

Please select the option below that best describes your situation.

Apply for a 30-Day Visitor Driving Licence

I do not currently hold a full driving licence for the vehicle category I wish to drive in the Cook Islands. (For example, I have a full car driving licence but would like to ride a motorbike. I will need to complete the required theory and practical driving tests.)

Convert My Overseas Driving Licence

I hold a valid overseas driving licence, but it is not in English or was not issued in the EU.
I would like to convert my existing licence into a 30-day Cook Islands visitor driving licence.

Renew My Visitor Driving Licence

I already hold a Cook Islands visitor driving licence and would like to renew it.
If your licence has been lost or stolen, please visit the Police Station in Avarua.
